“The agreed Freight Rates/Discount above, requires that the customer meets the agreed minimum volume during the term of this agreement. The year-end settlement for missing volume according to agreement, is invoiced to the primary account including all sub-accounts, and in the currency associated with the primary account.

If the customer does not meet the minimum volume during the term of the agreement, Øresundslinjen reserves the right to renegotiate the contract at any time.

Additional charges as possible supplementary freight charges, port dues, fairway goods duty, etc. is according to valid Freight Tariff. Additional energy based surcharges so as currency surcharge (CAF) is based on monthly review.

Percent agreement based on tariff prices available at Øresundslinjens website.

Base volume= Base volume agreed volume alt. The previous year's volume.

Agreement based on customer using WEB or EDI booking.”

 

“Øresundslinjen reserves the right to adjust its prices to take account of exchange rates and other costs that are beyond our control. Øresundslinjen is entitled to annul this agreement with immediate effect in the event of default of payment. Collateral agreements shall have no legal validity. This agreement is subject to the terms and conditions in the North Sea Standard Conditions of Carriage (last edition), NSOCC Yellow Card (4th edition) 1999 and NSOCC Blue Card (5th edition) 1999, each available at Øresundslinjens website. This agreement is confidential and may not be disclosed to any third party without our prior consent. Jurisdiction for any matter arising from this agreement shall be the District Court of Helsingborg. Application of the customer No. when booking, registration and payment, is a condition of this agreement.

In the event of a conflict between a provision in this document and a provision in any referred standard conditions, this document shall prevail.

By shipping the first freight unit from above mentioned date, you automatically accept to enter into this agreement and confirm that you have accepted the terms and conditions mentioned in the agreement. Standard Conditions of Carriage (last edition), NSOCC Yellow Card (4th edition) 1999 and NSOCC Blue Card (5th edition) 1999.”
